How Do I Secure A Service Quote?

To secure a service quote, contact ProLift to arrange for a service technician to visit and inspect your forklift. This allows us to accurately diagnose the issue and provide a detailed service quote.

When possible, we aim to address the issue during the same visit to save time and reduce travel. If parts are unavailable or additional work is required, the service may need to be rescheduled.

If you use ProLift for maintenance, minor service needs may be quick-quoted for added convenience and decreased downtime.

What Choices Are Available If Equipment Can't Be Repaired?

Some issues may require a deeper diagnosis and repair, making it an ideal time to evaluate whether to proceed with repairs or consider equipment replacement. 

We offer solutions including rentals, new and used equipment. For large-capacity forklifts or specialty equipment models, rebuild services is an additional option.

Yes, you can request a preferred service technician for your service needs. They will be assigned to all maintenance agreements whenever possible.

If your assigned technician is unavailable, other certified service technicians will step in, with full access to your service history. This ensures you always have access to a qualified ProLift technician for reliable and seamless service.
