We accept credit card payments, fleet invoices, and dealer invoices. If a customer has a fleet account with Toyota Material Handling (TMH), they will be billed through TMH invoicing. Non-fleet customers can choose dealer invoicing for orders over a specified amount.

How Do I Request A Parts Return Or Exchange?

To start a return or exchange, contact your local ProLift parts department. The request will be reviewed to determine eligibility and the refund amount. Toyota Material Handling (TMH) will issue the refund, and restocking fees may apply.
