Is Material Handling Sales Experience Required?

While material handling experience is a plus, it’s not required to succeed as a sales consultant at ProLift. We’re looking for candidates with a strong track record in managing a sales territory, a focus on customer experience, and expertise in consultative sales.

What Training Is Provided?

Our sales team provides a variety of training opportunities, including in-person sessions and e-Learning on products, services, and promotions. This isn’t just a one-time offering for new hires—it continues throughout your career at ProLift. Our goal is to ensure every sales consultant's success.

Which Sales Tools Are Provided?

Each sales consultant is equipped with a laptop, mobile phone, and gas allowance. You'll also have access to Microsoft Dynamics, our CRM system, which helps you efficiently manage activities, opportunities, and quotes.

Are Sales Consultants Provided With Leads?

ProLift's Marketing team generates numerous leads for nurturing. Once a lead is qualified, our Inside Sales or New Business Specialists arrange an onsite visit, connecting you directly with the customer.

What Advancement Opportunities Are Available?

Our sales team includes a variety of consultant roles, offering opportunities to explore specialized areas of the business. Some departments designate field trainers as peer coaches, providing guidance both in and out of the field. Additionally, our field and regional sales managers are supported by the Sales Directors and Vice President of Sales.
