Forklift Maintenance Program Selection

Bronze Maintenance

This program gives you the flexibility to review and manage costs. Forklift maintenance is scheduled at intervals determined by usage, application or other considerations. Invoicing occurs at the time of service for flat rate labor plus parts. Travel is included. ProLift handles the tracking and dispatching of our service technicians; however, “will call” scheduling is also available.

Silver Maintenance

The Silver program includes flat rate labor, maintenance parts and travel. Maintenance is performed at intervals that are ideal for your environment, application and usage.

Less Invoices and Fixed Rates for 2 Years. To avoid having to process multiple invoices, your billing occurs only monthly and rates are locked for two years. This feature of the silver program is especially beneficial for forklift fleets of five or more units.

Gold Maintenance

Trust ProLift to manage and make recommendations on your fleet. The gold program provides the manufacturer’s recommended services and repairs for breakdowns of major components.

Ease of Budgeting. This program controls your costs with equal monthly payments for maintenance, parts and labor.

Strategic Reporting. A Gold program includes an overview of the service history and utilization for each forklift in your fleet. We’ll identify abuse damage or needed rotation of units.

Platinum Maintenance

Customizable for your needs, the all-inclusive platinum program avoids budgeting variances and is ideal for forklift fleets of 10 or more units.
